يقع جامع طوكيو في منطقة شيبويا، طوكيو، اليابان. أقيم هذا الجامع في عام 1938 م من قبل المهاجرين الأتراك والقادمين من منطقة كازان التتارية إبّان قيام الثورة الروسية. بُني هذا الجامع بمساعدة مالية من الحكومة اليابانية للأقليات المسلمة الموجودة في اليابان. وحضر حفل الافتتاح عدد من ضباط الجيش وكبار المجتمع الياباني.
في عام 1984م، تم إغلاق الجامع وذلك لتدهور حالته ومن ثم تدميره بعد ذلك بسنتين. عن طريق منحة من الحكومة التركية، تم إعادة بناء الجامع وافتتاحه بتاريخ: 30 يونيو 2000 ميلادية. وشارك في أعمال البناء عدد من الحرفيين والذين اُرسلوا خصيصاً من تركيا مما أضاف جمالاْ على طرازه العثماني وجعله مصدر جذب للسياح ناهيك عن المسلمين.
